Terms and Conditions

Using the service

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you upload, generate, share, or publish.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Mini AI Studio for illegal activity, harassment, spam, malware, impersonation, or content that violates applicable law.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights or upload training/reference material you are not allowed to use.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, extract models, reverse engineer private systems, or interfere with service operation.

Generated content

• You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content lawfully.
• Generated outputs may be similar to other outputs produced by AI systems and are not guaranteed to be unique.
• You grant us permission to process uploaded and generated content as needed to provide the service.

Billing and GPU minutes

• Pro runtime is usage-based and can be billed by GPU minute.
• Prices, credits, refunds, and large-project terms may vary by account, capacity, or sales agreement.
• Stopping a GPU session may interrupt running work; unused prepaid runtime may be refunded when supported by the active billing session.

Beta features and availability

• Some nodes, models, workflows, or collaboration features may be experimental.
• We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We may queue, throttle, or block work to protect infrastructure, safety, billing integrity, or other users.

Liability

• The service is provided as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Mini AI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months where permitted by law.
